We offer many group classes for all fitness levels, in person & virtual. Each individual can go at their own pace whether they join us in the studio or do it at home! Our classes can help with weight loss, also are great for gaining strength, endurance & leaves you with a good sweat! CLASS DESCRIPTION

EMOM ALSO KNOWN AS EVERY MINUTE ON THE MINUTE.  EXERCISES ARE CONTINUOUS AND A NEW EXERCISE STARTS EVERY MINUTE!  A GREAT WAY TO BURN FAT WITH A MIX OF FREE WEIGHTS, CALISTHENICS AND MACHINES.

BOOTCAMP – FULL BODY CIRCUIT A TOTAL MIX OF EVERYTHING- WEIGHTS, MACHINES, CARDIO EQUIPMENT AND BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES.

KICKBOXING – GLOVES ON OR OFF TAKE OUT SOME FRUSTRATION PUNCHING AND KICKING THE HEAVY BAG TO BURN OFF THOSE CALORIES.

CARDIO – CALISTHENICS AND TYPICAL CARDIO EQUIPMENT OF TREADMILLS, ELLIPTICALS ETC. THIS COULD INCLUDE JUMPING JACKS, JUMP ROPE, BURPEES (YUCK) ETC.

CORE – FOCUSED ON TIGHTENING UP THAT MIDSECTION WHETHER YOU WANT TO GET RID OF THE MOMMY BELLY OR LOOKING TO TONE UP A 6 PACK FOR SUMMER.

YOGA – STABILITY AND RELAXATION.  STRETCH AND CONNECT WITH YOUR BODY IN A SPIRITUAL WAY.

HIIT – HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING, SIMILAR TO EMOM WITH SLIGHTLY HIGHER WEIGHTS AND SLIGHTLY LONGER BREAKS (SLIGHTLY!)

STRENGTH – WE AREN’T POWERLIFTERS, BUT YOU BURN MORE CALORIES WHEN YOU HAVE MORE MUSCLE (THAT’S SCIENCE). INCREASE THE WEIGHT A BIT!

UPPER/LOWER BODY STRENGTH – SAME AS STRENGTH BUT MORE PRECISE.

BUTTS & GUTS – FOCUS ON THE MIDDLE OF THE BODY WITH 2 OF THE MOST IMPORTANT MUSCLE GROUPS FOR BOTH MEN AND WOMEN.

TRX – FEEL THE BURN WITH TRX ROPES.  USING YOUR BODY WEIGHT AND STABILITY CAN BE SURPRISINGLY STRENUOUS.

SPIN – HOP ON THE BICYCLE AND PEDAL PEDAL PEDAL FEEL THE BURN IN THE QUADS AND BREAK A SWEAT.

PILATES – SIMILAR TO YOGA MOVEMENTS BUT WITH MORE FOCUS ON EXERCISE AND FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT.

KETTLEBELLS/BARBELLS/DUMBELLS – EXERCISE FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME WITH PARTICULAR FREE WEIGHTS.

MACHINE CIRCUIT – HOP MACHINE TO MACHINE ACROSS THE GYM. GET TO LEARN EACH PIECE OF EQUIPMENT.

UPPER BODY/ LOWER BODY CIRCUIT – A MIX OF FREE WEIGHTS, MACHINES AND BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES TO TARGET THESE AREAS IN VARIOUS WAYS.

KIDS BEGINNER – CLASSES FOR KIDS THAT ARE INTERESTED IN LEARNING HOW TO EXERCISE PROPERLY. LEARN HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT IN A SAFE MANNER AND BUILD THE FOUNDATION FOR A HEALTHY FUTURE.
