Juli is the passionate founder of Body By Juli, an IFBB Bikini Pro, dedicated fitness coach, and proud mom of three young children. Originally from Suffern, New York, Juli now lives in Orange County with her husband, their son, two daughters, and two dogs. Her lifelong love of sports and fitness started early, playing softball, soccer, track, and cross country throughout her youth.
While still in high school, Juli began working in a gym, where she discovered her passion for weight training and helping others improve their health. After graduating, she earned her first personal training certification and immediately set out to build a career in fitness. By the age of 20, Juli began competing in bikini competitions, and at just 22, she proudly earned her IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding) Pro Card, officially becoming a professional bikini athlete.
At 23 years old, Juli took a leap of faith and opened Body By Juli, a fitness studio created to offer a smaller, more personal, and family-friendly atmosphere. Her mission was simple: to provide a supportive and non-intimidating space where people of all ages and fitness levels could work toward their health goals comfortably and confidently. Since its opening in 2016, Body By Juli has helped hundreds of clients transform their lives through fitness and lifestyle changes.
Over the years, Juli has competed in over 20 bikini competitions and has maintained her commitment to fitness even after starting a family. She has completed numerous Spartan Races, half marathons, and marathons, demonstrating that a busy life—especially as a mom of three young kids—can still include consistent dedication to personal health and fitness.
Juli’s coaching experience spans a wide range of clients, including youth athletes, sports teams, men and women seeking healthier lifestyles, and seniors wanting to stay active. She focuses on building balanced, sustainable habits and encourages her clients to prioritize self-care and wellness in all aspects of their lives.
Beyond the gym, Juli is deeply connected to her community. Body By Juli is actively involved in the Villages of Suffern and Washingtonville and is a proud member of the Suffern and Blooming Grove Chambers of Commerce. Juli believes in giving back and fostering relationships that support the growth and well-being of those around her.

A proud Suffern native, Ashley was born and raised in the community alongside several generations of her family. She attended Suffern schools, where she was active in sports such as track and field, tennis, and cheerleading. Throughout the years, Ashley stayed physically active—enjoying hikes, runs, walks, and regular gym sessions. However, it wasn’t until after becoming a mom that her fitness journey truly began.
Witnessing how much the body changes after childbirth inspired Ashley to take her health and training more seriously. As she began learning about proper nutrition, supplementation, and consistent training, she became hooked on the incredible transformations—inside and out—that fitness can bring. This personal experience sparked a passion to help others feel good in their own skin, especially other moms who often put themselves last.
Determined to make a difference, Ashley pursued her fitness trainer certification while raising three children. She understands firsthand how difficult it can be to make time for yourself, and she’s committed to helping others find that balance. After completing her certification, Ashley interned and later worked at a training facility in Wyckoff, NJ, where she gained valuable experience working with clients and leading group fitness classes.
In 2016, Ashley joined Body By Juli, bringing her energy, empathy, and training expertise to the studio. Since then, she has taught a variety of formats, including group fitness classes, TRX, private one-on-one sessions, partner training, and small group training. Over the years, Ashley has had the pleasure of working with incredible clients and forming meaningful friendships along the way.
Now living in Sloatsburg, Ashley is happily married to her high school sweetheart. They have three children—ages 20, 18, and 14. When she’s not at the gym, she loves cheering on her kids at their sporting events, spending quality time with family, enjoying date nights with her husband, and diving into a good book.
Ashley’s goal is simple but powerful: to help others, especially busy parents, feel strong, confident, and proud of themselves—both physically and mentally.

Jamie is a proud Nanuet High School graduate who grew up immersed in sports and an active lifestyle. Her journey into health and wellness began after earning her degree in Hospitality Management from East Carolina University. While working as a nanny, Jamie started to truly recognize the importance of living a healthy and active life—not just for physical wellness, but for overall well-being.
Inspired by her own personal wellness and weight loss journey, Jamie became certified in personal training and dedicated herself to helping others gain confidence and achieve their fitness goals. With a deep passion for empowering others, she creates individualized plans that support each client’s unique path.
Jamie also found joy and strength through Pilates, which led her to become a certified instructor. She believes exercise should feel like fun—not a chore—and her goal is for every client to leave a session feeling energized, empowered, and excited to return.

Lisa is originally from Rockland County and now residing in Orange County, NY, Lisa is a dedicated wife, proud mom of two daughters (ages 18 and 23), and a dog lover with three furry companions. Her journey into the fitness world began when she joined a local HIIT-style boot camp studio. It was there that she discovered her passion for group fitness and committed to living a healthier, more active lifestyle.
With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Lisa brings both expertise and enthusiasm to every class she leads. She previously owned and operated her own HIIT training gym in Middletown, NY, where she developed a deep appreciation for creating effective, fun, and fast-paced workouts that challenge and motivate. For the past four years, Lisa has been a group fitness instructor at a local facility, and she continues to coach there while also working with several other local gyms over the past three years.
Lisa finds the most rewarding part of being a trainer is the opportunity to build strong, supportive relationships with her clients. She values every individual’s health and fitness journey and considers it a privilege to help others become stronger—both physically and mentally. Allie is a lifelong resident of Suffern and Sloatsburg whose journey with Body by Juli began as a client—alongside her mom—while her dad and brother are also active in the fitness community. A passionate high school teacher with a love for animals, nature, and reading, Allie discovered yoga about five years ago and was drawn to the balance of physical movement and spiritual calm it provided. In 2020, after completing her yoga teacher certification, she partnered with Juli to bring yoga classes to the studio and has been teaching ever since. Allie is dedicated to creating an inclusive, supportive space for her students through hands-on adjustments and a variety of class formats, including indoor, outdoor, and virtual options. Her favorite poses reflect her love for strength, balance, and restoration—seated spinal twist, warrior II, tree pose, pigeon, and of course, savasana. From the city to the suburbs, she later moved through Westchester and eventually settled in Orange County, where she has been rooted and thriving for the past nine years.
Cherokee’s fitness journey truly began in her early 20s, when she discovered the transformative power of working out—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. She found that strength training and running gave her more than just endurance and muscle—it gave her confidence, clarity, and a sense of empowerment that she now strives to pass on to others.
She lives an active lifestyle with her three beloved furry companions, who are always ready for a walk or outdoor adventure. Her terrier mix, in particular, is her favorite running and hiking buddy, always up for exploring trails or sprinting through the neighborhood.

Her education gives her a strong foundation in how strength, mobility, and daily function are deeply connected.

With a background in occupational therapy and a deep love for fitness, she focuses on helping clients build strong, sustainable lifestyles through a balanced approach to movement. Her style blends functional strength training with mindful modalities like barre and Pilates, aiming to support both physical and mental well-being.
Though she once shied away from group fitness, discovering barre during college transformed her outlook on exercise and inspired her to explore new, empowering forms of movement. Now, she’s passionate about guiding others to find joy in movement and create routines that support them for life.

After high school, Christina transitioned from the dance world into strength training, where she discovered a new kind of empowerment.
