Yoga is great for those who strength train, need flexibility and who need to relax the mind.

Not only does it physically help strengthen and stretch muscles used everyday, but it helps bring clarity and calmness to the mind. Vinyasa yoga is linking movement and breath and if one can do both, one can be successful in day to day activities.

Yoga Class Packages:

Members: $150 – 10 classes

Nonmembers: $190 – 10 classes

Students: $120 – 10 classes

Yoga is a separate package from the group class packages.

All LEVELS of fitness are welcome, classes will range 45-60 minutes.
